I have to give this book respect. This was the first time I experience cyber space in science fiction. It is a classic easily sitting in the top one hundred science fiction books of all time. Is it brilliant, well that you have to decide by reading it, all I will commit myself to saying is that this book is one of the first of its kind, so from that point of view it is probably worth your time.
